The most meaningful gifts are the ones made with intention. Our Build Your Own Kit Well Shop lets you create a thoughtful gift using locally sourced goods from artisans in the Bloomington area and beyond—so you can build a gift that feels personal and intentional.

We’ll source and gather your items, package them beautifully, and prepare your gift for shipping, delivery, or pickup.
The fee covers the cost of materials and handling of your package. One customized box per order.

Write your personalized card at Checkout
After reviewing your items, you can add all the recipient information and include a special message
that our team will hand write for you in a card.
At this time, we are only able to create one Custom Kit well at a time, so please create each custom as a separate transaction. If you would like to create a gift box and send it to multiple recipients, please contact Niki at kitwellbloomington@gmail.com. She would love to assist you with this.

We deliver kits in Bloomington, Indiana at various times throughout the day, between the hours of 9am and 6pm. If you order after 6pm your kit will arrive the following morning.

Yes, we will communicate with the recipient by phone after your order is placed in order to make the delivery.

Yes, we can ship outside of Bloomington and we’ll get it to your recipient as quickly as possible.

Notify us by phone at 812-269-8448 or email kitwellbloomington@gmail.com for an item exchange. Please note that exchange requests must be made within 7 days of ordering.

Our delivery drivers are not able to assess the health status of recipients. However, in an obvious emergency situation, they may activate emergency medical services.

If a recipient does not answer the door we may choose to leave it in an alternate location for pick-up, such as a mail room or front desk (if applicable). If available, we may also leave the package on a covered porch or doorway. If no alternate location is available, we will notify you and/or the recipient to arrange a new delivery time.
